1. Digital Delivery

All products sold on this website are digital files (e.g., .STL, .OBJ). No physical items will be shipped to your address. Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email with a download link or access to the files via your customer dashboard.

 

2. No Right of Withdrawal (Refund Policy)

Due to the nature of digital content, by purchasing our digital terrain sets, you expressly agree that the delivery of the digital content begins immediately. Therefore, you waive your right of withdrawal.

• Once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed, the sale is final.
• No refunds or exchanges will be offered unless the file is proven to be technically corrupt and cannot be replaced.

 

3. License for Use (Intellectual Property)

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a Personal Use License.

• You MAY: Print the files as many times as you like for your own personal use in tabletop gaming or hobby projects.
• You MAY NOT: Share, sell, or distribute the digital files (STL) to any third party.
• You MAY NOT: Sell, rent, or distribute physical 3D prints made from these files, unless you have obtained a separate Commercial License from us.
• You MAY NOT: Modify the files to create derivative works for sale or distribution.

 

4. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having the appropriate hardware (3D printer) and software (slicing software) to use these files. While we strive to provide high-quality, printable files, we are not responsible for print failures caused by printer calibration, material quality, or user error.

 

5. Liability

BlackSheepScenery is not liable for any damage to 3D printers or other hardware resulting from the use of our files. Use the files at your own risk and according to the safety guidelines of your 3D printing equipment.
